Villa Aqua es una villa de lujo frente al mar con una espectacular vista al mar, una cancha de tenis privada, a 70 metros de una playa, a 3 km del campo de golf de Troia y a 5 km del puerto deportivo de Troia y su casino. Esta propiedad se encuentra entre la Reserva Botánica Tróia Dunes y la Reserva Arrábida, justo al lado de la Reserva Natural del Estuario del Sado y el Océano Atlántico. A su disposición a menos de 5 km: campo de golf, canchas de tenis, spa, parque infantil, supermercado, bares y restaurantes.

The house is very nice located and very quiet, if there are no works on the nearby construction sides. The outside area with the pool is fantastic and the private tennis court is a real benefit. The house has two sea kayak and two SUP. The interior over más

The house has two sea kayak and two SUP. The interior of the house is a bit outdated, but well maintained and in good condition. The real downside for us was the horrible bright LED light that is installed everywhere and cannot be dimmed. This kills the atmosphere at night. Some of the air conditioner were not working and could not be fixed, but we did not need them really. What is missing are mosquito screen for the windows. If the lights would be changed, we would come back.

The pool area is really special and we had great fun just hanging out, playing tennis, walking on the beach etc. We also loved jumping on the bikes and cycling along the really well designed cycle paths all the way into Tróia and back. The region really is beautiful and untouched. The villa is at the end of the road on the East side of the development and nice and quiet, but within a short ride or drive of the west side where the beach club and best beaches are. As everyone says, the beds are quite hard. Not a massive problem but it is noticeable and quite an easy fix. Doors or windows could also do with insect Screens. At some point the bathrooms probably need a bit of a refurb but are of good quality. Jver más

The grounds of the villa the pool and garden areas were beautiful - it felt like you were staying in a 5 star resort. The rooms are all spacious and well furnished.

I don't like to pick up on small things but you did ask the kitchen could be better equipped with sharp knives. It would be nice if there were some toilet rolls , shower gel, shampoo etc in the bathrooms to lend the place a more luxurious feel.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Aqua. Perfect weather for early May, most of our time spent using the pool (lovely), tennis court, bikes, kayaks & paddle boards. We got the ferry to Setubal for a great night out – very reasonably priced restaurants & cafes and delicious food. The rooms were very clean and spacious (beds a little hard) and kitchen very well equipped. We did have an issue with the electrics – kettle tripped the system when we arrived, but a new kettle was brought. Would love to come again!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Aqua. The villa caters very well for large groups, especially couples. The engagement with Allure Villas was also great and they were very helpful and responsive leading up to the trip. The villa had all the necessaryver más

The engagement with Allure Villas was also great and they were very helpful and responsive leading up to the trip. The villa had all the necessary things you would expect from a holiday home and the outside areas for entertaining were amazing. The villa could do with some additional kitchen equipment (smaller pots and pans, sharper knives, more chopping boards, peeler) but these are just suggested improvements and did not detract from our holiday. We would definitely stay at Villa Aqua again.

We stayed at the Villa from 6.october-13.october and had so much luck with the weather. We were 8 adults and 2 children We enjoied our time there. Everything was clean and there were enough towels. One big and 2 small for the bathroom and one for the pool. The kitchen was well equiped but sometimes there could be some more bowl. Additionaly it would be nice if there would be already salt and pepper in the kitchen as well as towels for the kitchen. To buy Food there is one bigger (but expensive) shop in troia and one Little shop just a few minutes with the car. The beach was nice but the way from the house to the beach was a Little bit dirty (There were laying old fishing nets and so on). The Tennis court was perfect and there are enough balls and 4 Rackets. All in all it was a perfect Holiday and the bedrooms have a nice few over the pool and the beach.

Most of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and they all have good matrasses and pillows The entire house has a good functioning AC and Wifi. Not that we were in the house much. Most of the days were spent in the pool, on the tennis court, on the beach or in the kayaks. We did a big shopping in Setubal on our way in and used the 2 small supermarkets for the additional needs. The ferry is 5 minutes away by car and the catamaran 10 minutes. We enjoyed the privacy of the house, all in all a perfect holiday. We hope to return again soon.

We took the ferry couple of times to Setubal for bigger grocery shopping and found that rather easy (of course you need rental car). Hopefully returning back with family & friends.

We stayed at Villa Aqua in mid-June 2016 with a 3 families with kids. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the suites were gorgeous, each with a large bathroom. The location was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend the house especially for family holidays when you want to spend some days just at the house, enjoying the pool, the tennis court and large garden. The beach is right by, and it was great for walks. For swimming and waves though, the Atlantic side is better. Comporta beach, just a short drive away was our favourite, Carvalhal was amazing too, and some of us took surfing lessons there. We also appreciated the bikes and kayaks at the house, and the villa manager was friendly and helpful, for example, immediately taking action and helping us when electricity went out. For day trips, one of our favourites was Evora.

We received a very warm personal welcome from the owners, who explained how everything worked and ensured we were happy with everything before they left. Tróia is a truly amazing location, the beach is at the bottom of the garden and is virtually private, very few other people. We were a family group, though our children are adults now and they made full use of the kayaks, tennis court and pool. The villa is very well equipped, beds in the three ensuite rooms are king/super king, some of the showers are also steam rooms, his and hers sinks ,etc. Linen changed weekly and plenty of towels and beach towels. The villa was also cleaned mid way through our stay. Our most memorable trip was dolphin watching as a group live in the estuary. We also enjoyed the Karts at Palmela and the amazing palaces of Sintra. The price of such peace and privacy is a ferry trip to Setúbal if you tire of the restaurants on the Marina or want a sightseeing trip to Sintra or Lisbon which can make the location slightly isolated particularly as the season seems rather short with some places closing mid September.
