Breathtaking views.

The Villa is in a beautiful position overlooking Guincho beach, it’s so hard to capture how breath taking the view is. The pool is large and perfect for us who all love to swim lengths morning and early evening. The Villa is incredibly spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking here. There is a full sized snooker table which we enjoyed on many an evening. In addition the owner offers many other activities which can be arranged from electric bikes to private yoga sessions.

Amazing views over Cascais and seaside. Hiking trails are amazing and varying from easy to extreme. Villa definitely has Wow effect, great office space for working and heated pool great plus. Own car needed as shops and restaurants far away.

Super propriété….juste un regret les toilettes ( un.nouveau concept ??.) sans portes dans les chambres-un peu compliqué pour une lune de miel par exemple ou alors faut installer une sono dans les WC et mettre Hendrix à Woodstock 😂

We stayed here in March 2022. Amazing views. Beautiful architecture, and well designed flow. Great pool, sauna and hot tub. Furniture was modern, and comfortable. We slept beautifully at night – the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was full stocked with cooking ware, wine glasses, plates, utensils, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We didn’t miss anything. We felt at home, but with amazing views to enjoy every day. It was very close to Cascais and Lisbon and we enjoyed beaches and city life.

“Amazing location and vistas”
We stayed in Villa 2 weeks. Love the architecture, but the Villa was not up to our cleanliness standards.Pool heater didn’t not work. Sewer company interrupted us 2 times. Drywall repairs were not painted.
Bath tub drain was not working, but shower was great. Dishwasher was not working properly for us.
However manager Paolo was very helpful and on it. He serviced us very well even brought additional pillows and towels and made us feel like they were willing to correct all issues. He was in touch everyday. Our suggestion would be just to put a minimal shade above master bath tub and install mirror in there.
We were there during a winter time and interior temperature was perfect, we prepaid for area heater that we used at night and sun warmed up the villa very well during a day.
All this being said, we loved it and had amazing vacation in area of wonderful hikes and scenery and people close to beautiful towns and villages.
There were 7 of us. Thank you again for Paolo.

“Moderne Villa mit sagenhaftem Blick”
Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die mobiliare Einrichtung war insgesamt eher karg und einfach, wobei wir das nicht als störend empfunden haben. Es fehlten jedoch teilweise Haken an den Wänden, Nachttische gab es keine, die Stühle waren teilweise wirklich kaputt. Sicherlich verbesserungsbedürftig. Der Pool ist fantastisch und das Panorama unbeschreiblich schön! Sehr ruhige Gegend, perfekt zum Entspannen. Ganz großes Lob geht an Paulo, der als Verwalter stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

“Traumhafte Lage zum Wohlfühlen”
Diese Luxusvilla ist auf Grund der Lage eine absolute Top Adresse. Kleine Abzüge in der B Note gibt es für die Ausstattung. Die wunderschönen Designer Ledersessel im Esszimmer waren allesamt kaputt. Sehr schade. Im Badezimmer oben läuft das Wasser nicht ab. Zudem musste man sehr lange das Wasser laufen lassen um es heiß zu bekommen. Im unteren Stockwerk könnte eine Tür nicht geschlossen werden. Jeder Einbrecher freut sich. Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

“Le représentant Allure Villas sur place, toujours disponible et sympathique”
Mon commentaire publié ce jour sur le site de location et concernant la 2ème villa – Intitulé : « Les hauts de Hurlevent » Certes la vue est spectaculaire Certes la villa est spacieuse et offre un espace confortable pour tous MAIS Passée l’allégresse de la beauté de l’endroit, voire de l’architecture originale de la maison on constate plusieurs « anomalies » pour le moins gênantes : – Il manque un store dans la chambre du 1er étage. – Il n’y a pas de stores dans les deux douches du sous sol. – Il n’y a pas de luminaires extérieures et il en manque dans la pièce principale à vivre. – La décoration est « minimaliste ». – Le canapé est inconfortable, très bas de gamme. – Il manque des chaises, des oreillers et une des chambres a une machine à laver dans un des murs occasionnant une grosse chaleur dans l’espace. Enfin, le lieu a été venteux à très venteux pendant la semaine de notre présence sans que l’on sache précisément si c’était la règle dans le secteur. Toutefois une note positive à l’égard de Paulo, le représentant Allure Villas sur place, toujours disponible et sympathique

“Part of the deposit was withheld”
We stayed in the villa with eight adults in may 2018. The house is great and the view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the holiday was spoiled for us in hindsight, since a part of the deposit was withheld. As a reason we were told that we damaged two chairs in the dining area so badly that they had to be replaced. Our mistake was that we didn’t make a joint inspection with the facility manager when we arrived, in which we could have recorded existing damages. So we could not prove that the chairs were already damaged and had to accept the withholding. Therefore, we advise all future tenants to do so, so that a beautiful stay is not spoiled in hindsight.

“Beautiful villa”
We stayed here during one week in May 2018, weather was loverly although windy. We loved the house, we were 7, using 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, so we had a lot of privacy. Well equipped, but I would like to add a few things: * there were only 5 wine glasses, which for a house that can host 12 people , seems a bit too little. Overall that was the case with all glasses. * 6 spotlights above the kitchen/dining area were not working,. * pity that the ice cube/ ice water machine in the fridge was broken * only 3 lounge chairs outside, I would at least expect 6 * also, the outside table is too small when wanting to have dinner outside * swimminpool pump was broken , so the water in the pool didn’t circulate through skimmers, result was that the surface of the water was quite covered with dirt * probably caused by the same problem: jacuzzi didn’t work. Seems like al lot of complaints, but these were just small things. We would definitely come back. It’s views, btw, are magnificent!
