It is traditional holiday home, painted white with its Portuguese niches and tiles and with the typical jagged chimney.

De locatie van het huis is bizar goed, en hij is ook erg waard voor je geld. Niet mega groot binnen, maar. buiten enorm ruim waar je met veel mensen kunt zitten. Host Ausenda was enorm lief en hielp ons met alles!

Great communication throughout. Villa is exactly like the photos and is super clean. Great location for a walk to the beachto the bars and restaurants. Perfect for a groupfamily. Definitely recommend.

Mijn vrienden en ik hebben op het laatste moment deze villa geboekt en waren er erg blij mee. We hebben vooral in de tuin verbleven waar we heerlijk konden relaxen en zwemmen. Wanneer we hulp nodig hadden konden we makkelijk de aardige Vasco bereikensee more

Wanneer we hulp nodig hadden konden we makkelijk de aardige Vasco bereiken, die ons erg graag hielp. Zeker aan te raden, lekker flexibel en vriendelijke eigenaren. Dichtbij de strip en vanaf hier konden we alles lopen.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Alice. The host was very flexible with our request to leave luggage at the property earlier than the organised check in time. The pool was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked howeversee more
We really enjoyed our time at Villa Alice. The host was very flexible with our request to leave luggage at the property earlier than the organised check in time. The pool was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked however there was no oil/salt/peppertoilet roll/bin bags provided that I was expecting. Excellent location with 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the strip. Secure property but it was slightly complicated to lock up and only 1 set of keys provided however lockbox was easily accessible. We had an amazing time here and very much recommend.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking. It’s right between the old town and the new town so you get the best of both worlds. The actual villa and pool area were exactly what we were looking for and were very clean and comfortable.

The pool was ok swimming in the evening was a bit scary as the pool was not lit. The villa itself was very basic but clean. With the power sockets hanging of the wall and the ants crawling up the sing plug hole in the kitchen and the rock hard doublesee more

With the power sockets hanging of the wall and the ants crawling up the sing plug hole in the kitchen and the rock hard double bed in the master bedroom. The shower trays still fill with water while showering. The Villa sleeps 7 (really?) with seating only for 4 in the living room and bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar also only seats 4. The kitchen is also very basic don’t try and cook anything in the oven as there were no trays to cook on. Also no Air con. So very basic but clean Villa.

Within walking distance of the ‘Strip’ but we only heard loud music one night thankfully. There is transport (tourist train) a few minutes walk which if you have young children they will love, and this runs every 20 mins into the Old Town, which is osee more

There is transport (tourist train) a few minutes walk which if you have young children they will love, and this runs every 20 mins into the Old Town, which is only a short journey away. The beach is within walking distance, albeit a bit uphill on the way back, and there are restaurants and a couple of bars within a stones throw. There is no kiddies pool, which is a shame but the pool is spotless, cleaned regularly and along with the outside areas. My only real complaint were the loose rugs on the tiled floor, my mother-in-law slipped on them and broke her arm! I would recommend this villa and would return myself.

La villa est conforme aux photos diffusées sur le site. il y a tout de même un peu de vis à vis au niveau de la piscine (il y a un immeuble assez bas -3 étages de mémoire- dont quelques balcons donnent sur la piscine) et le jardin n’est pas complètement fermé, les voisins, lorsqu’ils sortent de chez eux ont vue sur la terrasse de la villa. Cela n’est pas plus gênant que ça mais je tenais tout de même à le mentionner. La piscine est sublime et l’eau y est vraiment bonne et ce, dès 12h00 ! L’emplacement de la villa est vraiment parfait, la plage, les restaurants, les tabacs et les bars branchés ne sont qu’à quelques minutes à pied. il y a même un petit train qui passe à quelques minutes de la villa qui permet de faire le tour de la ville pour 2,50€ par voyage (4€ pour un aller retour). Nous n’avons utilisé la voiture que pour faire les courses. Les chambres sont plutôt agréables surtout la grande chambre avec salle de bain qui est toujours très fraiche car elle n’est pas beaucoup exposée au soleil. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis de température d’eau dans la salle de bain de la chambre mais rien de très grave : eau un peu chaude puis plus fraiche puis re chaude … la seconde salle de bain est elle plus obsolète et assez petite. La cuisine est bien équipée, nous avons même pu nous faire des tostas mistas tout l’été grâce à l’appareil à croque monsieur! un régal ! Le wifi marche très bien, des ventilateurs étaient à disposition dans la maison. Il y a un parking près de la piscine qui permet de garer plusieurs voitures. Un jardinier passe pour s’occuper du jardin et une personne passe pour l’entretien de la piscine. Un seul petit bémol pour le lit d’appoint pour la 7ème personne, il est très inconfortable et petit. Je recommande au propriétaire d’investir dans un nouveau couchage d’appoint. voilà, je garde cette annonce dans mes favorites pour un prochain voyage à Albufeira! Le top à retenir : la piscine et l’emplacement
