Our family had the best holiday here. The Villa offered more than we expected, and it was spacious for our group of 6. The sun, the pool, the short walk to the beach, the Villa was amazing!

The villa itself is in a lovely location if you want a relaxing, quiet break, with a beautiful beach and surrounding walks just a few minutes away. However, we had an infestation of ants in one of the bedrooms and although the owner came on several occasions to try and clear them it did not make for a relaxing time – some were in the bed too!!! As a previous review states, the beds and bedding could also do with an upgrade! Lovely pool area though

This is our second visit to Villa Midas and it won’t be our last! Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. This lovely Villa also benefits from having sun on the pool all day! Added to this Ausenda the Villa manager couldn’t havsee more

We all had a very lovely stay in this property which has very well equipped kitchen nice seating area and a nice pool. The location is excellent not to far from airport and Albufeira itself but in its own comunity, we used to walk down to our lovely see more

Die Hausdame Ausenda war sehr hilfsbereit und hat all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet! Als kleine Anmerkung an den Eigentümer: Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas überarbeitet werden( Farbe an der Fassade, Fliesen am Pool! ) Die kleine traumhafte Bucht mit toller Strandbar ( Sangria ist der Hammer!?�) ist schnell zu erreichen, was ein absoluter Pluspunkt für diese Immobilie ist! Ebenfalls ist man in ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt in der Altstadt von Albufeira! |

Our family spent a week at this house in mid-August 2019 and had a wonderful time. The beach is a 6-minute walk away, down a hill to a lovely, secluded cove. You can rent a pair of lounge chairs and umbrella there for 15 euros for the day – a nice option to get some shade. There are also two very nice restaurants within walking distance of the house, both of which are among the top restaurants in the Albufeira area. The house itself is clean and as lovely as the pictures suggest. The pool is very clean and comfortably warm, and the pool deck gets plenty of sunlight. The kitchen is well-appointed, though not large. The house does not have a/c, which can make it a little warm at night, but not bad at all. There is usually a very comfortable breeze. There is also a well-equipped laundry room, which is very convenient. A small criticism would be the quality of the bedding, which could be a little better given house nice the house itself is. The house agent, Ausenda, is super helpful and very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for a wonderful beach vacation in the Algarve. |

Por decir algo a “mejorar”, todos los canales de televisión están en alemán, estaría bien que hubiera alguno en portugués. Sin duda es una buenísima opción de alquiler.
