Great stay! Great location and great rooms. Comfy sleep. Recommend getting the pool heated too! One of the bedrooms aircon is a bit rubbish but it has direct access to outside so you can just leave window open when sleeping. Would be back in a second ! Was a great holiday !

Cette superbe villa est trés bien concue, propre et bien entretenue, idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle reste fraiche en journée et plutôt chaude en soirée (les nuits sont fraiches dans la region). La climatisation n’est nécessaire qu’au delà des 30°C.
Le cadre est superbe et trés tranquille, l’accès aux plages est proche et aisé, et l’équipe d’Allure Villa est disponible et reactive.
Belles chambres (literie correcte pouvant être améliorée dans certaines chambres). L’ensemble cuisine+buanderie est petit mais fonctionel, grand séjour lumineux et confortable.
Les extérieurs et la piscine sont mieux que sur les photos. A noter que le store de la terrasse extérieure (voir photos du site) a été remplacé par un vrai auvent solide et trés agéable, permettant de pleinement profiter des diners sur la terrasse.
Nous étions 11 dont 4 enfants et avons passé un super séjour, sans se sentir à l’étroit.
Nous recommandons cette villa, ainsi que le site Allure Villa et la région et reviendrons bientôt.

Nous étions 6 avec assez de place pour accueillir d’autres personnes, tellement cette villa est immense.
Je recommande cette villa si vous voulez vous reposer et profiter du farniente.
Situé dans une résidence au calme, j’invite les futurs locataires à respecter le cadre et le charme de cet endroit.
Piscine chauffée, 5 (+1) chambres, cuisine fonctionnelle, 4 salles de bain, un salon, une terrasse, un jardin, un barbecue, et tellement d’autres choses.

Merci pour l’acceuil, et bravo au propriétaire.

Villa très agréable. Confortable. Bien placée géographiquement.
En ce qui concerne l agence bonne écoute et veille au bon déroulement du séjour des locataires.

La estancia ha sido increíble! Tanto la zona como la villa son perfectas para unas vacaciones en las que busques descansar, comer bien y disfrutar de la compañía. Las personas que nos atendieron son súper agradables e hicieron que nuestro tiempo allí fuera de diez! Mega recomendable!

Vi är en familj på 6 vuxna och 5 barn(4-13 år) som bodde i huset en vecka i skiftet oktober/november. Vädret var svalt och lite blåsigt men när solen tittade fram blev det varmt och skönt. Huset är jättefint och fräscht, stort vardagsrum med matplats, välutrustat bra kök och 5 bra sovrum med sköna sängar (lite smala). Ett sovrum har fönster i nivå med poolen vilket barnen tyckte var kul eftersom man kan titta på varandra under vattnet. Vi hade uppvärmd pool vilket innebar att barnen kunde bada varje dag trots att vädret var svalt. Det var lätt att få kontakt med värdinnan för huset och hon såg till att åtgärda några små fel direkt. Vi är jättenöjda med vår semester och kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

La maison est incroyable, du luxe à prix abordable néanmoins il manquait la lumière dans la piscine. Nous avons regretté que la piscine ne soit pas chauffé alors qu’il y’a une pompe à chaleur.
Les salles de bain seraient à refaire.
Malgré ces quelques remarques merci pour ce séjour.

The house is definitely equal to the presentation and the pictures. The kids loved the pool and it was relaxing to have the garden facing a golf court with its parklike touch. Very speedy and customer orientated communication with the host on specific queries.

The villa was perfect, we had a great time in the villa. and were well helped good by Miguel.

La piscine aurait du être éclairée.

We stayed for one week with 7 adults and one toddler. The house was well equipped, in a gated community. Very nice area, with lovely houses on a golf course. A car is necessary as the distances to the beach and shopping are to far to do without a car. One of the 4 showers was defect, the affected bathroom under water for the whole week. Other than that everything worked and we would recommend the house and the area any time.

We were 6 adults and 2 children under 3 years, who spent a week in this spacious house, first week in May. It was cleaned, well equipped and fitted our needs perfectly. We added the pool heating option and for sure it was heated. We had about 26 degrees and huge problems getting the kids out of the pool before dinner time. The BBQ grill could have been a little bit bigger but the kitchen on the other hand was equipped with everything needed. WiFi was working fine during the whole time. The area around the house was quiet and felt very safe but a car is needed. It was easy to get in contact with the Allure -Villa people and they always answered in very short notice. I will recommend this house and the Allure-Villas!

Ten people spent a nice week in late October. We liked the house even if the temperature was a bit to low to use the pool. Two golf courses just around the corner but we preferred Quinta de Peru 30 min drive from the house. The restaurant Golf Agua was surprisingly good. WiFi did not work in the beginning but management sorted that soon and were very helpful with everything. Kitchen well equipped. Easy to recommend!!

Villa Aroeira II is a great villa with great management. form the early booking until our departure most of the things were perfect. We were a large group of 12 (4 children) and Villa is big enough to have space of your own. There are some remarks but I would not state it as crucial. In the booking we did not see anywhere that part of the rooms are in basement. Probably it is a good solution in the summer when sun is heating you up to 40 degrees Celsius. I would rather say it is a 10 persons Villa as two beds are in the room which you have to pass when going to other two rooms and it is in a part of basement which is not so attractive. Nice room is the one which has a view into the pool from the side so you can see person swimming or diving in the pool. Kitchen is very well equipped. WI-Fi was working only in the main part of Villa and not in the rooms in the basement. For workaholics on holidays there is an office you can use if you need it with table and entrance to the roof terrace. Surrounding of the villa is nice but rather isolated from the everything so if you need something there is a little shop at the entrance of the property to the Golf ground but it is a 20 minutes walk or few minutes by car. On the same place there is a small restaurant. We used big shops around Lisbon area while traveling around so that was not a problem. To have a car is a must if you want to see something around so we visited some really nice beaches and towns, went to Lisbon, Sintra, Palmela…Plenty of sights to see and things to do.

We have just returned from a really enjoyable stay at the Villa Aroeira II and felt compelled to write a review based on our experience. Our group of 7 consisted of both my parents, sister and teenage niece as well as my husband and I with our 16 month old son – so really covered all spectrums. Booking of the villa was really easy through Allure Villas and I would HIGHLY recommend using them. The staff online were so helpful with all the arrangements and gave a great peace of mind when booking. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the villa which was actually better than the photos which was a great surprise. It was spacious and very clean with excellent facilities in the kitchen and living area had TV, DVD and cable. The pool outside was really a highlight although quite deep for those that arent confident swimmers but for those water babied among our group they almost never left the entire time we stayed. Te outdoor area has a great canopy that shades a table and chairs which allowed us to dine outside most lunchtime and evenings which was a real treat. The garden was private and looked out onto the golf course but we had no interruptions the entire stay. In side the villa there are 3 level – ground floor has master bedroom and ensuite which was great and enough space to allow the travel cot and baby items to be stored without restrictions. Then there were two double rooms which shared a bathroom and all have air con. Upper level is a study which opens out onto the balcony for great views and sun bathing opportunities Lower level has more sleeping accommodation with shower room, toilet and open space. This did smell musty when we went downstairs however that had gone after we had aired it. As there was no air con downstairs we didnt stay there so think that is the only downside to the property. Its a shame as one of the rooms is lower level of the pool so the window makes you feel like you’re in an underwater room so if they fix that element it gets 10/10! The property has at least 6 sunbeds with cushions and lots of towels are provided which is great. We had someone call to clean the pool mid week which again was great to have arranged. The villa is situated on the Aroeira resort which has fab little supermarket, amazing restaurant at great prices, coffee shop, cocktail bar and pharmacy etc which is 4min drive in car but still walkable The villa is only 30-40 mins drive to Lisbon Center and same from a HUGE shopping center and supermarket which we visited twice. We also drove to Setubal to experience a Dolphin Cruise which would highly recommend and the whole family enjoyed. The location is really central so highly recommend. My husband and I also visited L’AND Vineyards for an evening to enjoy wine tasting, spa and dinner – check this out too if you have time as about 1hr drive away. This Villa is great value and perfect for family / group of friends to enjoy. Almost forgot to mention the outdoor BBQ is there too so really has everything you need.

We have enjoyed the villa for a week in May 2015 with our parents and teenage kids. The villa is luxury and very complete, everything you need for a perfect holiday is there! We especially enjoyed the pool very much! We were welcomed by the friendly villa manager and if we had a small issue, it was solved within moments and always with a smile. We will recommend this villa to our friends!
