Here you get the best of both worlds: the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet just under 15 miles from Lisbon.
Arranged in an upside-down layout, it allows for a lot of privacy.
The first floor is accessed from the entrance floor via a spiral staircase.
The lower floor is the place for socializing: a large room serves as the kitchen, dining room, TV room, and games room.
The most exciting space is surely the rear of the villa, a patio area provides the ideal alfresco dining spot or a place to sit with a morning’s cup of coffee. It benefits from being next to a wall, which provides shelter and a sense of privacy.
There are also a couple of hammocks inviting you to laze away after a dip in the pool.

Top floor doesn’t have shutters so could do with having thicker blinds. Balcony room blinds don’t stay down. Bath plug missing. Outside furniture starting to perish as are inside sofas. The price, however, more than reflects these minor faults

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was quick and there was always at least one person available to contact. The villa was clean and as described. Sadly the heating for the pool did not work and the ph level was fluctuating so we could not see more

Very functional and convenient villa, excellent for larger groups, including for people with reduced mobility. Location is good for enjoying the beautiful beaches closeby and the hiking trails in the nearby pine forests, although if you plan on visiting Lisbon regularly you need to consider the horrible traffic to cross the 25 avril bridge, which is pretty much constant. The service from the agency was great, as we had a few problems during our stay with the dishwasher and the washing machine and they immediately send a technician to fix or replace the machine. Very happy with the stay. I would definitely recommend.

Host was responsive as shutters were broken and repairman came but broke again within 2 days. Bins and rubbish were a problem as unable to use bins in villa and no communal bin available. Neighbour took in our rubbish into their bins. Kitchen had plenty of equipment and was easy to cook in. 2 fridges with plenty of space. Lidl and Aldi near for shopping. Ubers between 8-10 euros to nearby beaches and restaurants. Kettle leaked and coffee machine temperamental and only worked for short periods. Lovely food hamper on arrival with lots of different food items and wine. Overall we had a great stay and had plenty of room for everyone to have own space. Faults did not upset our stay and we all had a great time.

het huis is prima geschikt voor grote groepen. het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen al hadden we graag gezien dat het zwembad een paar graden warmer geweest zou zijn, ondanks dat de zwembadverwarming aan stond. verder een prima uitvalbasis om Lissabon see more

Brilliant place for a group. We were 14 - 8 adults and 6 teenagers and we fitted just right around the table. The pool table was a godsend for the teens. The table tennis table and the dart board were great too. Used the pizza oven which was fab and see more

The table tennis table and the dart board were great too. Used the pizza oven which was fab and the pool a couple of times which was cold but fun and the outdoor hot shower next to it was ideal. They did refund us for the pool heating which was great. It's in a residential area so you need to hire a car although some of our group used an uber to the port and then the ferry to Lisbon and another day did the same again and got a train to Sintra. However they did share our cars to go coasteering at Sesimbra and mountain biking in the Sintra moutains. Apart from pizza night and eating out once on way back we were able in pairs to cook for 14 easily. There's a Lidl and an Aldi less than 5mins drive and a beautiful beach about 12 minutes drive. We went Oct/Nov half term. Villa Nana felt like home. The villa manager was wonderful.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider hat die Poolheizung nicht funktioniert. Eine Toilette und Dusche waren nicht benutzbar. Trotzdem war es schön.

The house was clean, tidy and extremely spacious. We made good use of the pool, table tennis, pool table, gym room, as well as the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Would definitely recommend for large groups. The host was very helpful and responsive.

4 night stay for friends stag do. Lots of room, good facilities (BBQ was great!) and looked after by the property manager.
Good quiet location (supermarket 5 minutes walk away) only 15 minutes from the lovely beach and restaurants.

Une salle de bain était indisponible et la pompe à chaleur de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour. nous comprenons que cela peut arriver mais nous aurions aimé être prévenus par allure villa et ne pas devoir le découvrir par nous mêmesee more

So many bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size communal space on the ground floor with lots of activities such as basket ball, table tennis and pool. Good facilities in the kitchen to prepare meals and a nicesee more

I lived in this Villa for one week with a group of 10 friends, it was very spacious and could have definitely slept more people. It was also very clean upon arrival and was great value for money. The villa had countless amenities which were utilised see more
I lived in this Villa for one week with a group of 10 friends, it was very spacious and could have definitely slept more people. It was also very clean upon arrival and was great value for money. The villa had countless amenities which were utilised over the full week, for example BBQ, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball hoop, darts board and pool table. The swimming pool area is South facing and so the sun stays in the area morning to evening. You could easily have not left the villa for a full week. There is a Lidl located a 10 minute walk from the villa with everything that you need. If not, there is a garage located across the road from the Lidl. The beach is a 5 minute drive from the apartment, which is around 6 euros in an Uber. Lisbon city centre is a 25 minute Uber trip at around 20 euros. This is perfect when travelling with a large group of people who can split the costs. Lastly, Miguel was a very pleasant and helpful host. He welcomed the group and was on call to us with any issues that we had (there were no issues at all). My group of friend and I will definitely return to this villa. Thank you!
